Rates

Work is charged at $40.00 + GST per hour of transcription or typing time. A 'bulk order' discount is also available for individual projects that will take over 50 hours' transcription time - please contact us for details.

There is no surcharge for work completed in evenings or weekends or completed within an urgent timeframe.

Payment Terms

Small projects are invoiced on completion, whereas large projects will be invoiced in stages. A large project is one where it is expected the total transcription cost will amount to more than $1000.

Invoices are due for payment 7 days from the date of the invoice. Acceptable forms of payment are internet, phone or manual bank payments (account details are provided on the invoice) or credit card payment (see link below). Please note that Capital Transcription does not accept payment by cheque.

If you plan to pay using our online credit card facilities, please note that a PayPal fee of 3.4% of the balance will be added to the invoice.
