Receiving Your Transcriptions
Your transcriptions need to provide you with exactly what you need for analysis or review purposes. Therefore, recordings are transcribed according to your express requirements, whether this is for full verbatim (all ums, ahs, ers, you knows etc included) or a cleaner version of the recording, sometimes known as 'intelligent verbatim'. To make this process as smooth as possible we send you a one-page questionnaire prior to starting on your transcriptions to ensure we deliver exactly what you need.
As and when required while completing your transcriptions, we search the internet for any terms, places and/or names we don't recognise. Note however that any relevant or complicated jargon that can be provided is always a help!
Capital Transcription is happy to sign any confidentiality agreements and is able to provide a generic copy of a confidentiality agreement for you to modify, if required.
